Brian and Eli yesterday tasting and selling rillettes at the Bluxome St. Meet Market.
This was the first time for Wooden Spoons but not the last. We'll be there every month; this is a go-to event at a gorgeous venue where people like rillettes!
A few examples? Aside from tasting delicious beef jerky, chocolates, cheeses, jams etc, we had a wonderful Parisian empenada from El Sur and salad from Ecopia for lunch (gotta check out Ecopia, they're doing beautiful things). Then came home with some Pt Reyes Blue and freshly pulled mozzarella from Pt. Reyes Farmstead Cheese -- and a ridiculously cool piece of honeycomb from Bay Area Bee.
