May Wooden Spoons Update

We were accepted into eight of the nine farmer's markets we applied to.

So we starting renting space at a commercial kitchen we like 
in Berkeley called The Cookery.

And got to work.

The brilliant Dave Braden of The Engine Room in San Francisco 
designed the logo, labels and brand. 

Turns out that people love rillettes, just as we suspected they would.
We're shifting gears quickly now, looking beyond farmers markets to sell at special events and in specialty stores. We're more excited than ever.
