After a great response to our first big mailing a couple of weeks ago, Wooden Spoons stepped up prodution and delivered rillettes all over the Bay Area for Bastille Day. We're talking to interested wineries and stores cooking up a storm, and getting super excited about the direction our business is headed.
Wait Cellars in San Francisco asked us to serve our deliciously handcrafted Salmon and Pork Rillettes on crostini to guests at their summer release party last night at Bluxome St. winery in SOMA (that's Brian in the pretty blue). Bob and Leah, owners of Wait Cellars, were looking for something special to serve with their wines. They were tasting some very fine Russian River Pinots and Chardonnays. And our rillettes paired perfectly.
