Salmon Season is coming…

Wild Salmon season in California opens on May 1st and should be available until fall.

We can't wait! 

For us our Salmon Rillettes has come to represent the start of wonderful fresh summer picnics and meals in the backyard.

We're happy to announce that we are seriously looking at taking the wholesale plunge. For processed meats this is no small feat and will take a big commitment logistically and financially.  Let's just say that the wheels have started turning and we're excited! Stay tuned, friends.

Saturday March 29th Wooden Spoons will again be at the lovely Bluxome Street Winery's "Meet Market". 

Bluxome's a beautiful space to check out food and non-food local vendors, 

sip a glass of fine vino, and try some rillettes.
